The Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
This role involves a combination of coordination, communication, data handling, and administrative duties, tailored to the specific needs of the assigned operations function (Driver Operations, DaaS Operations, or Courier / Last mile Operations).
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support :
Assist in the implementation and management of efficient operational processes.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate activities within the assigned operations function (e.g., deliveries, driver schedules).
Support the team in achieving operational goals and objectives.
Communication and Collaboration :
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., drivers, partners).
Provide timely and accurate information to relevant parties.
Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
Data Handling and Reporting :
Assist with data collection, tracking, cleaning, and basic analysis.
Generate reports and dashboards as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Administrative Support :
Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Handle tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Support with project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
Diploma or degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is required.
Experience in a relevant operational environment (e.g., logistics, transportation, customer service) is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
