Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our client-focused team in Richards Bay. The role centers on optimizing client operations, driving cost reductions, and delivering measurable improvements through hands-on problem solving on-site.

You will implement lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other operational excellence tools, develop project plans, and train client staff while monitoring key performance metrics to ensure successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Operations/Engineering/Business).
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management or consulting.
• Proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
