Operations Configuration Specialist (Expert)

Oversee and manage IT service delivery across complex projects. Configure, administer, and support large-scale ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Helix). Manage CMDB and ensure data quality. Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, and data center technologies. Develop and maintain governance frameworks. Conduct training and process improvement initiatives. Drive project delivery and provide detailed reporting.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and managing IT service delivery across challenging projects.
• Configuring, administering, and supporting large enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Helix).
• Managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring data quality.
• Providing expertise in IT infrastructure environments (Windows, Linux, Data Centers, Networks, Databases, Web technologies, Cloud technologies).
• Developing and improving governance frameworks for data quality and verification.
• Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Analyzing existing processes and systems to identify improvement areas.
• Driving project delivery and providing detailed reporting.
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience in ITSM with a focus on challenging projects and stakeholder collaboration.
• Extensive experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Helix).
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB and configuration item data models.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments and technologies.
• Ability to conceptualize complex information and perform detailed analysis.
• Experience with governance frameworks and data quality improvement.
