Key Responsibilities :

- Team Supervision : Help manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing training, support, and supervision to drive performance.
- Inventory Management : Monitor fuel and lubricant stock levels, liaise with suppliers for timely restocking, and avoid supply disruptions.
- Quality Control : Enforce rigorous quality and safety standards to comply with industry and company regulations.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for operational improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within the distribution network.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly addressing issues and ensuring service satisfaction.
