Operations Assistant / Assistant Property Manager for a UK based company.

This position is remote - work from home.
Urgent Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately inputting, updating, setting up workflows & reviewing completed tasks in our Operational Software (Breezeway).
2. Producing, tracking, and updating the Daily Ops Schedule.
3. Carefully and thoroughly reviewing pre & post clean images to identify maintenance issues, replacement items or potential operation issues.
4. Ensuring evidence is collected and sufficiently stored in relation to each operational task.
5. Supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring the weekly / monthly / yearly compliance calendar is kept up to date.
6. Liaising with contractors, attaining quotations and booking in repairs.
7. Helping maintain an organised and up to date inbox and cloud-based filing system.
8. Updating our stock management system to help track and manage supplies across the business.

Qualifications:

1. Attention to detail is one of the most important skills required to be successful in this role.
2. Advanced IT skills – At Your Apartment we use the latest software available to the hotel / serviced apartment industry.
3. Proven experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
4. Understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
5. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
