Responsibilities:
- Receiving, actioning, and recording of own collection customers nominations.
- Providing customers, per agreed distribution list, with their daily updates.
- Creating SOs on BC for distribution to customers and following up on payments from CIA customers.
- For contractual customers, SOs are to be created from the BSO. No adjustments are to be made directly to a BSO; all adjustments will be be actioned by management.
- Communicating with the direct line supervisor regarding any requests for ad hoc customer stock.
- Processing orders on Gasrite once SO is created on BC. Pre-release can be actioned at this stage.
- Adhering to all operations department processes, including verification of vehicles for loading at the terminal.
- Fetching orders from the BTT portal only once orders are released on BC.
- Recording received orders and distributing accordingly.
- Training on updating released orders and upliftments on automated reports.
- Operating within the volumes calculated by reports; no additional stock to be issued unless instructed by management.
- Completing all processing within specified time frames; reporting delays and communicating with clients as instructed by supervisors.
- Implementing management instructions per company authority levels.
