Job Purpose

To analyse PR supply chain operations. Seeking solutions to meet business requirements, by applying modelling and other methods to gather and interpret data. Develop monthly reports for management review.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Full End to End Supply Chain Mapping & Analytics

Operational Footprint Data & Visuals:

Complete understanding of full AME operational footprint x MC -

  • BC source & inbound lanes

  • Port of discharge & entry

  • Own & 3PL warehouses & mode of transport.

  • Direct & Indirect customers

  • Import & local volumes x SKU & BC

  • Activity: Inbound orders, containers, outbound orders & resourcing heads

  • Support systems in place (JDE/NAV)

  • Network Optimisation – Service Level vs Costs

Data System Availability & Process Usage

Support AME MCs on Global system implementation & processes usage

  • JDE

  • Anaplan

  • DDMRP

  • Connect

  • Project 44

  • Global & local P-BI Dashboard reporting

  • Global OPUS reporting (CTS & OPUS)

  • Provide user guidelines & training

KPI Reporting

  • Monthly Global & Local KPI reporting.

    • CFR & OTIF

    • ATP, NR (horizon & compliance)

    • SSOS, DFC

    • Forecast Accuracy & Bias

    • On-Time publication & Updates

    • HQ reporting deadlines

  • Gathering of MC insights & action plans

  • Systems usage & monitoring

Stakeholder Relations

Productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders maintained

Liaise with all AME MCs:
  • Participate in monthly KPI meetings

  • Provide consolidated data analytics for all MCs with insights & action plans

Liaise with HQ:
  • Implement new Global process changes with MCs & share feedback to HQ on progress

  • Co-ordinate with all AME MCs on HQ Global KPI reporting

Liaise with Project Leads:
  • Scope & support OPS on all project related tasks

Key Competencies and Experience Functional and Technical Competencies:

Forecasting, Product Data Management, ERP systems (SAP, JDE and Power BI), Company and Product Knowledge (preferable), Operational Policy and Procedures, Advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills. Advanced Presentation Skills.

Behavioural Competencies:

Problem Solving, Commercial Awareness, Influencing Skills, Teamwork, Quality Orientation, Adaptability and Stress Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Knowledge of International trade, Supply Chain, Imports / Exports. Some professional experience in these fields would be appreciated

Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE and Power BI)
