Operations & Executive Assistant required in Pretoria.

Our client looking for an organised, proactive, and versatile assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and National Operations Manager in running operations across a fast-paced entertainment group.

This isn’t a typical PA role — you’ll be hands-on with data reporting, stock management, marketing coordination, and logistics. This role is ideal for a resourceful, tech-savvy, all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations & Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Compile and submit operational reports
  • Support logistics teams
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Organise and minute meetings

Stock & Procurement:

  • Maintain sufficient redemption stock levels across locations
  • Coordinate the purchasing and delivery of stock locally and internationally from established suppliers
  • Track stock usage and report on trends

Marketing Support:

  • Monitor and update Google reviews
  • Light support with marketing admin

Data & Reporting:

  • Prepare dashboard and performance reports
  • Analyse data to inform operations decisions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Matric with strong Maths and English
  • 5+ years in an operations/admin/coordination role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Experience with multi-site operations is a plus
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport a must
