JOB PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Operations Administrator

DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager

JOB GRADE: B4 Minimum Midpoint

RANGE: R 194 222 - R 228 497

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office, focusing on financial functions, information management, and reporting systems.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Coordinate financial administration activities at Branch Level.
  2. Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
  3. Coordinate asset management activities at Branch level.
  4. Provide administrative support at Branch level.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • Prior experience with information management systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities.
