MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
JOB
To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in
consultation with the provincial office in terms of financial function
as well as management of information and reporting systems.
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS
❖ Coordinate the financial administration activities at Branch
Level.
❖ Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
❖ Coordinate the asset management activities at Branch level.
❖ Provide administrative support at Branch level.
REQUIRED MINIMUM
QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office
Administration
REQUIRED WORK
EXPERIENCE
❖ 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
❖ Prior experience of information management system
