OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Investments

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure of the company. This includes client onboarding, account maintenance, compliance documentation, data entry, reporting, liaising with custodians/platforms, and assisting with internal systems and procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Functions
  1. Client and Account Administration
  2. Assist with client onboarding including KYC/AML checks, account opening, and documentation.
  3. Process transfers of investments from other financial institutions.
  4. Handle account changes (address updates, beneficiaries, etc.).
  5. Coordinate with custodians and platforms to resolve administrative issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  7. Process client investment transactions (redemptions, additions, switches, etc.).
  8. Coordinate with custodians, platforms, or fund managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of client investment transactions.
  9. Request and save supporting documents for valuation purposes.
  10. Obtain source documents for annual tax reporting.
  11. Operational Support and Process Management
  12. Support directors and associates with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks.
  13. Monitor workflows to ensure operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  14. Streamline operational processes to improve workflow efficiency.
  15. Compliance
  16. Assist with the company's audits.
  17. General Office Support
  18. Provide administrative support to directors and associates.
  19. Manage office supplies and vendor relationships when required.
  20. Arrange shipment and delivery of company and client-related documents when required.
  21. Client Relationships
  22. Assist directors and associates with organising client gifts.
Salary & Qualifications
  • R180,000 p/a CTC
