Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to evaluate business initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives across departments.
  • Collaborate with procurement to negotiate supplier contracts and reduce costs.
  • Track capital expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Work with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational success.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against targets.
  • Identify financial risks related to operational activities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to align financial strategies with operational goals.
  • Support business case development with financial analysis and projections.
  • Oversee financial resource allocation to operational projects.
