Job description

About WBWR
WBWR is a dynamic digital e-commerce marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow through data-driven strategies, innovative creative, and performance marketing. We partner with bold businesses ready to scale, offering cutting-edge digital solutions with measurable results. Based in Somerset West, our team thrives in a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Operational Digital Marketing Assistant / Traffic Manager to help coordinate the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, content production, and cross-team deliverables. You’ll be at the core of our daily operations—ensuring tasks are properly briefed, timelines are realistic, and teams are aligned.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who loves keeping things on track, enjoys working across departments, and has a strong interest in digital marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Traffic & Task Coordination: Manage the internal flow of work between creative, strategy, content, and media teams, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Campaign Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking the delivery of marketing campaigns, across email, social, paid media, and web.

  • Calendar & Workflow Oversight: Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and production schedules, helping flag potential resource or delivery bottlenecks.

  • Platform Support: Upload and schedule content or assets across tools like Klaviyo, CMS platforms, and ad managers as needed.

  • Quality Assurance: Support QA checks on deliverables (copy, links, formatting, functionality) before deployment.

  • Team Communication: Act as a central point for daily operational updates, briefings, and reminders—ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.

  • Reporting Support: Help gather and organize performance data and campaign summaries for internal use or client reporting.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, traffic management, or production support (agency or in-house).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing processes and tools, especially in content and performance marketing.

  • Experience coordinating multiple teams or task streams simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive and reliable, with a “get-it-done” attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, email marketing, or content scheduling platforms.

  • Understanding of e-commerce workflows, particularly on platforms like Shopify.

  • Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads).

  • Interest in creative production or content development.

Why Work at WBWR
  • Join a fast-growing digital agency at the cutting edge of ecommerce marketing.

  • Be part of a passionate, close-knit team based in Somerset West.

  • Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of clients and channels.

  • Enjoy a collaborative, innovative environment where your voice and ideas matter.

  • Opportunities for career development in marketing operations, production, or digital strategy.
