Description :

To assist on a day-to-day basis with the Finance operational activities for Vodacom Payments.

• A multi-skilled resource team capable of assisting with the manual capturing of merchant data as required.
• Validation and correction of FICA / AML documentation loaded by sales agents using the Merchant Assisted On-Boarding App, as well as merchants performing self-onboarding through the Merchant Online Application Journey (SMME Portal), ensuring documents meet FICA / AML standards.
• Day-to-day second level query management support related to:

o Changes in information already on the core system

o Additional terminal requests

o Terminal deployment queries

o General value-added services queries

o Integration liaison and site validations for e-Commerce deployments

o Liaison and support with suppliers within the scope of accountability

o Settlement / balancing queries related to merchants

• Settlement / account balancing of vendor and agent accounts for value-added services
• Act as SMEs for projects affecting the areas of responsibility

Key performance indicators :

• Accuracy and throughput of application processing
• FICA / KYC verification and validation
• Response time and accuracy in resolving operational queries across multiple products managed within VPS business operations
• Assisting with settlement, balancing, and operational support of VAS vendors
