Are you a natural leader with a passion for operations in the animal feed industry?

We’re looking for an experienced Operational Coordinator to drive daily operations in a high-volume production environment (monogastric + ruminant).

Salary: R20,000 – R30,000
Location: Bloemfontein

What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
* Demonstrated leadership and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and operations coordination.
* Ability to build work relationships and exhibit critical thinking and attention to detail.

Requirements:
* 5+ years in customer service & management (animal feed industry)
* Strong admin, people management & planning skills
* NQF 4 (Matric), own transport + Code 8 license
