Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking experienced open-source contributors to help build and maintain high-quality, scalable software. You will contribute production-quality code, reviews, and documentation, and collaborate with a diverse community of developers.

Ideal candidates have proven open-source contributions with profiles on GitHub or GitLab, and experience with C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust, plus familiarity with large distributed codebases.

Qualifications

• Strong experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Public open-source contributions and online profiles (GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience with C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust is required.
• Experience on large-scale distributed codebases preferred.
• Familiarity with modern AI or ML systems is a plus.
