A financial consulting firm in Eastern Cape seeks an individual to manage communication among medical aid schemes and clients. You will be responsible for resolving queries, attending to members, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years' experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of medical aid rules. We are seeking an individual to manage communication among medical aid schemes, our clients, and internal stakeholders. This person should effectively manage their time and ensure that we provide our clients with the highest quality of service possible.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Act as an interface between member and medical aid scheme.
• Attend to walk in members.
• Resolving member queries.
• General administrative duties.
• Capture all queries on the CRM system.Update the query report.
• Do follow up on member queries.
• Adhere to internal workflow processes.
• Understand medical aid rules and protocols.
• Ensure that all member information is handled according to the POPIA standards.
• Ability to attend to inbound and outbound calls.
• Adhere to turn-around times.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Software knowledge:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
• Matric and or an equivalent of NQF level 4
• RE 5 FAIS Regulatory Examination
• National Wealth Management qualification - NQF level 5
Experience
At least 1-2 years’ experience as a business consultant/administrator in the financial services industry.
