Who are we looking for?

A hands‑on, experienced Head of Online Sales (or Sales Team Lead) who is passionate about coaching, developing talent, and leading from the front. You will need to bring strong structure, clear processes, and day‑to‑day mentorship to a young team that’s eager to succeed but in need of guidance. This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone based within ±3 hours of CET.

What will you do?
