Online Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator – Johannesburg.

Join a fast-paced e-commerce team managing the full order lifecycle — from Shopify to doorstep.

Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 or more years in supply chain coordination specific to an e-commerce operation.
• Shopify experience (orders, inventory, product uploads).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Hands-on approach in both digital tools and physical warehousing.
• Proven background in logistics, inventory, and courier processes.

Advantageous:

• Exposure to homeware, carpets, or related product categories.
• Experience with product photography or online merchandising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Pull and process online orders from Shopify.
• Coordinate accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and handle delivery issues.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Shopify and in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate restocking with procurement when needed.

Warehouse Oversight

• Supervise daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving and dispatching.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

Product Management

• Support and schedule product photoshoots..
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to upload product images and descriptions to Shopify.
