Job summary

Movesmethod LLC is hiring physiotherapists and biokineticists to join a remote coaching team. You will train clients, guide mobility, and support recovery from neurological conditions and surgeries, delivering personalized programs and accountability.

The role requires 2–3+ years in physio/biokinetics with hands-on post-surgery experience, excellent communication, and tech-savvy use of Everfit, Zoom, Loom, and Slack. Remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule, Saturday when needed.

Qualifications

• A qualification in physiotherapy, biokinetics, exercise physiology or as a rehab specialist.
• Your own active movement practice (strength training, mobility work, yoga, sport, whatever keeps you moving).
• Hands on experience with neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injury or similar).
• Experience coaching clients through post surgery recovery and back to full strength (joint replacements, spinal surgery, ACL and similar).
• A genuine passion for helping people hit their goals and have a great experience.
• Able to pick up and implement a specific coaching method.
• Great communication skills and emotional intelligence, especially with clients who are nervous to move.
• Tech savvy with tools like Everfit, Zoom, Loom and Slack

Responsibilities

• Performing bi weekly check ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis.
• Having 1:1 calls with clients on a regular basis.
• Building strength and mobility programs that adapt safely around medical histories.
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively.
• Building a positive community with your clients and holding them accountable

• Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 per year
• Location: Remote
