Placements24 is seeking an Online Learning Facilitator to guide and support students through their online learning journey in a fully remote role. You will foster an engaging virtual classroom, facilitate discussions, provide timely feedback, and help learners stay motivated.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Education or related field, a Master's is an advantage, with demonstrated online teaching experience and strong LMS skills. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating online courses or teaching in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online discussions, forums, and learning activities to encourage student participation and engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and other student work.
• Monitor student progress and proactively identify and address potential learning challenges.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide academic support in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and course developers to continuously improve online course content and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and engagement within the learning management system.
