Placements24 is seeking an Online Learning Facilitator to guide students through their online learning journey in a fully remote setting. You will create engaging learning experiences, provide timely feedback, and help foster a vibrant online community.

Collaborating with instructional designers, you will refine course content, monitor student progress, and uphold academic standards while supporting student success from your chosen location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education or related field.
• Experience in online teaching, facilitation, or student support roles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate online courses by engaging with students, answering queries, and moderating discussion forums.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback on student assignments, participation, and progress.
