Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM or related field with strong STEM focus.
• 5+ years of curriculum development experience, online/digital learning preferred.
• Proven experience designing and developing STEM content.
• Solid knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM) and adult learning theories.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
