Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Online Curriculum Developer specializing in Early Years education for a fully remote contract role. You will design, develop, and implement engaging online modules and assessments for ages 2-7, applying current pedagogy and multimedia content creation.

You will collaborate with a remote team of educators and developers to ensure quality, accessibility, and alignment with educational standards, while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in curriculum development for early childhood, online content.
• Proven ability to design engaging learning materials for young children.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate digital curriculum for early years learners, with multimedia elements.
• Create lesson plans, learning activities, assessments, and educational games for online environments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and graphic artists to ensure high-quality content.

Requirements
