You will be responsible for facilitating online learning sessions, fostering student interaction, and assessing student progress in your area of expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online lectures and training sessions via video conferencing tools. Develop course materials, including presentations, readings, and assignments, relevant to the subject matter.
• Facilitate online discussions and forums, encouraging active participation and peer-to-peer learning.
• Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, projects, and active participation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and the platform's support team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or recognized expertise in the subject matter being taught. Previous experience (2+ years) in teaching or training, preferably in an online environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a virtual audience.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and video conferencing software . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
