Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for early childhood education programs delivered online.
• Create engaging and interactive digital learning content, including activities, worksheets, videos, and assessments.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and aligned with recognized early learning standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to produce high-quality educational resources.
• Conduct research on best practices in early childhood education and online learning to inform curriculum development.
• Review and revise existing curriculum content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop guidelines and training materials for educators who will implement the online curriculum.
• Contribute to the evaluation of curriculum effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance data.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, specifically within the early childhood education sector.
• Demonstrated experience in designing digital and online learning content.
• In-depth knowledge of child development theories, pedagogy, and learning frameworks for ages 0-6.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex educational concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
