In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales through our online platforms. Your focus will be on meeting customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through online channels, actively engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns, and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, convert inquiries into sales, manage customer quotes, recommend additional products, and adhere to sales protocols.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock allocation, manage returns and repairs, ensure accurate stock records, and follow company policies.
  • Compliance: Submit daily compliance documents, provide information for checks, identify risks or fraud, and handle customer documents securely.
  • Team Administration: Maintain operational administrative systems, update case statuses, meet deadlines, participate in team meetings, and share insights.

Requirements:
