Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll deliver a premium guest experience, guiding guests through high‑value watch purchases with expert product knowledge.

You’ll demonstrate brands, tell stories, host events, and work with the boutique team to maximise sales and guest satisfaction, earning up to 6% commission in addition to salary. Accommodation and meals are provided onboard; contracts run up to six months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Experience with premium or Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases and communicate value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand needs, and recommend pieces aligned with style or occasion.
• Explain features and value of different brands, invite handling and try-ons.
• Lead brand introductions, host presentations and promotions, and generate guest interest.
• Maintain presentation, assist stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team.
• Build trust with guests making significant purchases and adapt to life at sea.
