Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Electrician in maintaining and repairing all electrical equipment and systems on board the vessel.
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure smooth operation of all systems on board.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical technology.
• Train and mentor junior electricians as needed.
