On-site Support Technician - Johannesburg

POSITION INFO : Tasks :

• Provide telephone, face-to-face, and online support to the client.
• Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients' IT system requirements within the agreed SLAs.
• Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long-term business partnership.
• Provide high-level product knowledge to understand the company's value proposition, product range, and service requirements.
• Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company.
