Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ practical construction/renovation experience.
• Experience across multiple trades (bricklaying, plastering, carpentry, tiling, painting, waterproofing, drywalling, ceilings, basic plumbing & electrical).
• Previous experience supervising teams or coordinating on-site work.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise teams across multiple trades.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work completed to standard.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building standards.
