SET Recruitment Consultants seeks a skilled Service Technician (Millwright) to support client operations in Paarl. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to advance technical expertise within a safety- and quality-focused team.

You will conduct fault-finding, install and commission machinery, and provide ongoing maintenance and customer support, ensuring high standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in service/maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and machinery repair skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• On-site work in Paarl is required.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding, problem-solving and repairs on machinery.
• Install and commission machinery at client premises.
• Maintenance, servicing and customer support assistance.
• Attend promptly to mechanical and operational breakdowns.
• Execute equipment rebuilds and general servicing.
• Coordinate and manage Works Orders alongside Customer Support tasks.
• Provide technical support to various internal departments.
• Deliver customer training and routine machine assessments.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control, quality assurance, and safety standards.
