Job summary

The Capital Hotels is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, security, pool and grounds and to lead the maintenance team on site in Sandton, Gauteng. You will ensure safe, reliable operations and coordinate requests from guests and staff.

Successful candidates will have Matric with 2–3 years facilities management experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and safety practices, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Matric with 2–3 years facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, generator, meters and related systems.
• Health and safety knowledge and a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team or independently.
