Job summary

**Job Description**
Here is what we are looking for:
The BIM Modeller performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates ability to take on more complex tasks. This is an intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline.
+ Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software.
+ Good understanding and experience in modelling in REVIT and other BIM platforms.
+ Understand BIM modelling principles.
+ Discipline in approach to engineering.
+ General knowledge of local standards and codes.
+ Be able to work within a disciplined engineering environment.
+ An intimate working knowledge of REVIT.
+ Working knowledge of clash detection Software Applications.
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation.
+ An intimate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
+ Good communication and people management skills for effective interface with other engineering disciplines, the client and contractors.
+ The ability to work independently.
+ An awareness and appreciation for health, safety and environmental issues.
+ Routine/repeated tasks accomplished within assistance
+ Receives guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures
+ Contributes by performing routine, structure work assignments in specific job function, expanding complexity of tasks performed
