Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project, Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to meet requirements.
• Assist procurement by obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Track progress, identify delays and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor budgets and provide reliable financial reporting.
• Prepare and review contracts, work orders and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules and minutes.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve construction-related issues.
