Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site.
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers.
Monitor construction progress, material usage, and site productivity.
Identify and resolve site-specific issues and challenges in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress charts, and safety logs.
