Placements24 seeks an AI Software Engineer specializing in Deep Learning Infrastructure for its Polokwane, Limpopo office. You will build scalable training and inference platforms, optimize DL workloads, and support researchers with robust infrastructure.

Experience with Python, C++, and DL frameworks, plus containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), is essential. This on-site role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI systems and HPC environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering with focus on AI/ML infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Understanding of distributed computing and HPC.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable deep learning training and inference platforms.
• Optimize hardware and software configurations for performance in DL workloads.
• Develop tools for managing datasets, model versioning, and experiment tracking.
