Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an On Premise Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies across South Africa's Workplace, Campus, Vending, Travel and Recreation channels. You will enable regional teams with tools, drive availability, visibility and activation, and work with Sales, Distribution and external partners to grow the business.

The role requires a University degree and 3+ years in Trade/ Shopper/Consumer Marketing, preferably in FMCG or related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
• 3+ years' experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Consumer Marketing.
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Foodservice or On Premise preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace, campus, travel, recreation or vending environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute national marketing programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and external agencies.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting sales and execution data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work occasional evenings or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Own the national marketing strategy across Workplace, Campus, Vending, Travel and Recreation channels.
• Develop scalable marketing programmes that support long-term objectives and create clear differentiation for Red Bull.
• Translate national campaigns into channel-specific executions for universities, workplaces, travel hubs, recreation venues and vending environments.
• Build activation platforms, loyalty programmes and educational initiatives to strengthen partnerships and drive distribution and sales.
• Develop best-in-class toolkits, POS solutions and activation guidelines for consistent execution across the country.
• Identify new channel opportunities and partnerships, measure ROI and report commercial impact.
