Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Crm
- Strategy Implementation: Execute the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, execution, and analytics.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on CRM activities and outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and Merchant teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business goals.
Site Merchandising
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and Bash Partners to measure and direct on-site traffic to feature categories and product ranges, ensuring visibility of all Product Categories.
- Optimize and collaborate with Bash partners to continuously improve site navigation, app navigation, and search optimization.
- Measure and improve the performance of all site merchandising assets, including landing pages and CMS tools, by evaluating each initiative's performance.
- Launch new strategic themes and merchandising assets, including seasonal landing pages and anchor promotions.
Paid Media
- Campaign Management: Strategize and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram with guidance from the online trading manager.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and targeted ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven strategy adjustments.
Qualifications And Experience
- 1-2 years qualification plus digital qualification or 3-year relevant qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of eCommerce experience.
Skills
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and a systematic, strategic approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel) and some CMS experience.
- Understanding of HTML codes.
- Business acumen and merchant thinking.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with digital technologies and web analytics.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude.
