Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-function bookkeeping to trial balance using OMNI Accounting software
  • Process supplier and customer invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns and other SARS submissions
  • Manage payroll entries and monthly journals
  • Maintain and organize financial records

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using OMNI software
  • Minimum 3-5 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations
  • Strong Excel and general computer skills
  • Reliable, accurate, and able to work independently
  • Reside in or near the Alberton area
