A leading company in South Africa is seeking a motivated individual to join its team in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in lending, banking, and insurance. This role involves servicing existing policies, educating clients, and building new business through proactive marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a National Senior Certificate and at least one year of relevant sales or service experience, along with strong communication and sales skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial education, and for achieving lending, servicing, transactional banking, and insurance sales targets through marketing and selling Old Mutual products.
The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Ability to sell, communication, understanding company policies, credit policies, customer-centric selling, digital literacy, interpersonal relationship management, numeracy, sales skills.
Stakeholder management, networking, effective communication, customer focus, accountability, trust, interpersonal savvy, managing complexity.
National Certification (Nat Cert) required.
