Job Description

This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment. The individual is responsible for achieving results through their own efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  • Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex issues to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure customer details are accurate and document follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers using a sales script to understand their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to build relationships and resolve queries or complaints.
  • Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to maintain quality standards and adhere to regulatory and internal codes.
  • Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
  • Data Exploration: Select and input relevant data into spreadsheets or formats.
  • Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
