Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through personal efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
  • Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex issues to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Maintain accurate customer details and document follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers using a sales script to understand their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Contact potential customers via phone or in person to build relationships and address queries and complaints.
  • Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulations and codes of conduct.
  • Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
  • Data Exploration: Select and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  • Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company to enhance influence.
