Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure that customer details in the system are accurate, and document follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers to clarify their requirements using a multilevel sales script.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to develop relationships and serve as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.
  7. Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory and internal codes.
  8. Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through information gathering, referrals, and recommendations.
  10. Data Exploration: Select and input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  11. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company, understanding the value of networking.
