Job Description

To provide excellent client service and financial education, and to achieve targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual and other products. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

• Meet monthly sales targets for lending and other products.
• Meet collections and arrears targets related to lending products.
• Educate clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
• Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation, and tracking.
• Adhere to internal, regulatory, and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate intra-branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
• Provide excellent face-to-face and telephonic customer service.
• Build sustainable relationships that enhance the brand.
• Deliver on daily production standards while adhering to service and quality standards.
