Job Description
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is accountable for achieving results through personal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
- Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
- Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure accuracy of customer details in the system and document follow-up actions.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers to understand their requirements using a sales script.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Contact potential customers via phone or in person to build relationships.
- Customer Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and adhere to regulations and internal codes.
- Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through information gathering, referrals, and recommendations.
- Data Exploration: Select and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
- Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networking both inside and outside the company.
