Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is accountable for achieving results through personal efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure accuracy of customer details in the system and document follow-up actions.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers to understand their requirements using a sales script.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Contact potential customers via phone or in person to build relationships.
  7. Customer Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
  8. Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and adhere to regulations and internal codes.
  9. Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  10. Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through information gathering, referrals, and recommendations.
