Job Description

The Financial Consultant provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  • Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure customer details are accurate and record follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers using a sales script to understand their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries and complaints.
  • Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory and internal codes.
  • Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
  • Data Exploration: Select and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
