Job Description

The role involves providing a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, managing expectations, and offering solutions. This includes directing customers to the appropriate channels in line with procedural, productivity, and quality standards. A good understanding of products and services is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Product/Service Information: Provide advanced information regarding products and services.
  2. Customer Order Processing: Record and process customer orders, selecting the best approach based on predefined options.
  3. Resolving Customer Issues: Respond to customer issues such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate when necessary.
  4. Customer Relationship Development/Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.
  5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Enter relevant data into the CRM system after each contact to support customer retention and business development.
  6. Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers following a sales script to clarify their requirements.
  7. Renewals: Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of the organization’s products/services.
  8. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.
  9. Personal Capability Building: Engage in training and development activities to enhance skills.
