Job summary

Old Mutual Limited in Hazyview seeks a Client Relations Consultant to enhance customer experiences by providing product information, processing orders, resolving issues and developing relationships with new and existing clients.

You will use CRM tools to track interactions, clarify needs via scripted questions, and promote continued use of Old Mutual products with an emphasis on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or Grade 12 (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with customer service and sales-oriented roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders using the predefined options.
• Respond to basic and advanced customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Enter contact data into the CRM after each interaction for quality data.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using the sales script.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Understand and follow company policies and regulatory codes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills.
