Job Title: Regional Contracting Coordinator - IMEA Region
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Regional Contracting Coordinator to support the onboarding of contingent workers (external vendors and contractors) for the IMEA region. This position is based in our Gurugram office.
Job Overview
The coordinator will be part of the global Human Capital Operations team, facilitating the process of hiring, extending, and terminating external vendors and independent contractors. The role acts as a liaison among business stakeholders, talent management, legal, external vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform internal clients about procedures and ensure understanding.
- Ensure compliance by providing necessary documents and securing approvals.
- Initiate background checks and follow-up on concerns.
- Generate contracts using local templates and distribute them.
- Record hires, extensions, and terminations in the employment transaction system.
- Review and communicate upcoming end dates of contingent workers; process extensions as needed.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and maintain detailed trackers for reporting.
- File contractors' documents to ensure compliance.
Skills and Attributes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Stakeholder management experience.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in compliance, procurement, vendor management, or HR within an international setting is preferred.
